Hello! Please tell me how to fix the adaptability of the template? It adapts only after page reload. And how to make the slider image also adapt to the screen, and not be cut off on the smartphone?

Use less JS and more CSS. Well, if something is done using JS, then monitor the window resize and recalculate everything again.
In general, there JS should only hang classes on clicks, the rest should be on CSS.
The image cannot be cropped - it does not fit the format, try to put background-size: containit and see. But it can be positioned correctly.
