How can I get instagram followers of a specific account with just js?

Hello. A non-trivial task, a site on the constructor, in which you can only add js code to the page itself, you cannot add other files to the folder. Therefore, there is no php and no various parsers from the site, of which there are many.
Facebook definitely does not recognize my application as important, so the instagram api option is no longer available.
I don’t even know about the options, you can make your own api, but where to place it, it’s definitely without your own domain, that’s how it is.
I know that js can't fetch the code of another page because of the cross domain policy or something, but is there some clever method or creative way to do this?

No creativity, just write a separate service that your client code will call to get subscribers.
