I have a Digma tablet, it used to work fine but now I can’t turn it on, that is, there is just an endless turn on, but sometimes it turns on for a second and a very long turn on starts again. I tried to do a hard reset but when I hold down the power and sound key it just doesn't turn on.

It looks like the battery is discharged below the level from which the regular charge system works.
If there is a 4th android and operatives less than 2 gig, then it's easier to throw it out immediately before resuscitation
