How can I fix my Microsoft Store sign-in issue?

Launching the Microsoft Store and want to sign in to my account

I get a recommendation to turn on Windows Hello and click "OK"

Constantly the same error when trying to sign in to the Store

if yes - you are in MS support;
if not - all questions to the pirates who helped activate
ps thanks for the mark. just in case - 0 malice:
- sapor in MS is adequate, and has long been available in Russian, at 10 as much as a whole separate application. but you can get through the sites. and even find a phone (800th)
