Why is the mouse click buggy?

While working, I noticed that I started to slow down the mouse click.
First I changed the mouse lol, but nothing changed. Climbed into the task manager and closed svschost.exe
Glitches as if removed by hand. Now from time to time it appears again and is removed from the dispatcher again.
What could it be?

It could be a keylogger, check your computer with an antivirus.
