How can I find out which text was published earlier?

Good day, I have such a problem, there was a text (100% unique) on the site, then my text was stolen! And the text ru shows 2 such sites!
How to find out whose text was posted earlier? and is it possible to impose any sanctions?

Good afternoon forum users! Such a question, why is the main page of my site located through the operator info:site.com, and through site:site.com it shows the filter page, but there is no main page?

You can see which one got into the index earlier. And what was written earlier - no one knows. You can also look through archive.org pages. But again, not what was the first, but what was included in the index first.

Sanctions - except to write to Platon Shchukin, but without evidence there is no point.
And in the future, before adding text to the site, try adding it to the Yandex Web Wizard.
In Russia, this is a way out. In Ukraine, the focus is on Google, here it is necessary to add an article to the index immediately after placement - in the hope of primary indexing on your resource. And if they steal it - you can write to google - they say: "well, we will take this into account", but at the same time your site may still be lower in positions than the resource with the content stolen from you.
So here’s what - in Yandex it’s stricter, add text before publication, you have iron arguments for ownership, and a letter to Yandex will make sense (they say they react, I haven’t had to write yet).
