Do crawlers understand the code inside the Vue component?

If I create a component, for example, and put html code from the server into it, will search engines understand this code or will it not be valid markup for them?

They see exactly the same as a person sees with his own eyes in the browser.
If your component displays this code, search engines will see it.
PS:
We are talking about serious search engines - Google, Yandex.
Those that are primitive see only what you will see if you disable JS in the browser.
