How can I find out the reason for deactivating my upwork account?

Got a message on upwork:

Financial transactions for ... have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support.

Of course, there was no information in the mail about the reasons (and in spam too).
Support service redirects to my profile.
Community Service is not available for creating topics. The employer who paid for the work done received a message that I was being deactivated, to a reasonable question, why, of course, he did not receive an answer.
I went through authentication a couple of days ago and everything was ok, the confirmation passed. Tried to communicate in different ways with the Upwork team, and did not get the reason for the deactivation.
I have very little experience with Upwork. If anyone has experienced something similar, please let me know what to do.

Alternatively, you can write to the official community chat on Facebook or contact the Country Manager, for example, Katerina Bozhkova (Central and Eastern Europe)

It's easier to just go to another exchange.
If they are not interested in you (and they mow in batches, believe me), there is no point in adding a return ticket.
