How can I find out the base64 encoding of a file?

Hello.
There are either files encrypted in base64 or a list of files. How to find out the encoding?
I have already gone through all available googled sites with a choice of encodings in online decoders. The result partially gives out, but it is visible problems with the wrong encoding.
