Use iTunes Connect , Sales and Trends section.
All information on the applications released by you is collected there.
Not the most convenient tool, but native. If someone knows other ways, I'll be happy to listen too.

There is an excellent service from www.appannie.com/ru/ informative charts and statistics. You need to register and connect an account. It is also possible to monitor positions in all stores at once.

If you do not want a third-party service, there is a java class (Autoingestion.class) for pulling detailed statistics directly from iTC in the form of cvs files. There are separate tools for later viewing of these files.
