How to run simulator iOS 6/7 on OS X Yosemite?

You need an iOS emulator/simulator. There is a virtual machine with OS X Yosemite where I installed Xcode. But there is only an iOS 9 simulator. I found how to add iOS 8 (8.1 - 8.4) to Xcode, but there is no iOS 6/7 in the list. Can I somehow add them?
