How can I extract resources from an obb file?

There is a resource file for the game Plants vs Zombie 2, is there any way to extract resources from this file?
Renaming to zip does not help, the archive cannot be extracted.
The header of the file is different accordingly. Dragon Unpacker found only sounds and then, the files are not working after unpacking
, ark does not take it as an archive, neither does winrar.
