Can't turn on wifi in Ubuntu/Mint
Asus X550C laptop, the power button is simply not pressed. I tried different distributions in Debian and ElementaryOS everything works fine, I put Ubuntu or Mint in trouble.
It's strange that everything works in ElementaryOS, because it also seems to be based on Ubuntu.
Most likely the problem is in the drivers, what should I do? Access to the Internet is direct through the network works.

Hehe, look for a hard WI-FI switch button. Perhaps there is Fn + the desired key. I set up firewood for wi-fi for half a day until I remembered the button. I myself had just an old Asus.
If there is another os on your hard drive or flash drive, try turning on wail in it and then rebooting into ubuntu. I often caught such a bug in win <> lin mode
