Tell me how you can make edits to PDF (Comments, footnotes, underline / strike through pieces of text) with the ability to export the resulting layer of edits.
And besides that, where can I find a good thin stylus for the iPad?

I needed a stylus to take handwritten notes (text and sketches). I chose Adonit Jot Pro for myself (they have other models on the site). It is positioned as the thinnest stylus in the world. Outstanding build quality. Entirely made of metal with a small rubberized area for better grip. It closes with a cap. Inside magnet for attaching to iPad 2-3. I am more than satisfied. I don't know where you can buy it in Russia. I bought on eBay from seller ipadsimshop (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180911519667).
