Path example:
admin/structure/ds/fields/manage_custom/menu
I.e. if Full HTML is selected, CKEdiotor should not be active.

You can make a separate text format in which CKEditor will not start.
If this option is not suitable, then through hook_form_alter(); with URL validation in it.
