We know the way through the Windows snap-in, but for ordinary users, the interface is too complicated, something simple is needed so that they set the rights to read, write, etc.

Create groups, put them in folder ACLs.
Give users permission to change group membership.
Just keep in mind that the membership will be updated when the TGT is updated (maximum 10 hours by default). To speed up either klist purge or logoff-logon\reboot.
