Why doesn't Windows 10 see the built-in microphone?

After installing windows 10 on a poppy, I installed drivers,
including Realtek
Everything works, but Windows does not see the microphone,

headphone microphone only

What should I do?

Is microphone access allowed in the security settings?

1. Show hidden devices (RMB in an empty space in the window on your screen)
2. Go to the Realtek panel. See what's enabled, what's disabled
3. Probably the wrong drivers. We need to pick others. (although this is unlikely)
