There is no such thing in the transaction - to credit a certain amount to such and such, there is nowhere to enter any amount.
The following is there - take these coins and transfer there the one signed by the private address of the addresses from which these coins were taken.
Not a single wallet will even display a transaction if, for example, the amounts do not match in it or there is no signature, because, for example, you indicated the source of 100500 Satoshi coins from the first blocks, but do not know their privates.
ps the only form of bitcoin transfer scam is double spending, when you create two transactions with the same original coins of yours (you have a private account) but with different destination addresses, one is your victim's address, the other is yours. You send the first address immediately, wait for the goods/services to be received from the victim, and then send your second transaction to the network.
The whole point is to make sure that your second transaction, for some reason, replaces the first one.
This is easy to do if the recipient is not waiting for at least 1 confirmation (for example, your second transaction will be with a higher fee), but to cancel an already confirmed transaction - you should already be able to force the mining pools to perform this attack together (a few are enough for their total power was more than half the capacity of the network, and for the pools it will cost about 2 times more than the income from the blocks mined during this time).
ps so never send a product / service if the transaction for their payment has not received at least 1 confirmation (more is better, there are cases when, with special services and 1 confirmation, the requirements for performing a double attack become lower than the need to have half the network power)
