How can I check ad viewing by the client on the server side?

I need to send a notification to the server after the user has viewed an ad. I'm using Google Admob and since the documentation found on their website gave next to nothing, I can't find anything to help me do things like this.
Preferably in python.
Basically, you just need to process get-post requests and wrap it.
