How can I change the resolution so that the image is not small when exporting?

Let's say my workspace is 300x300 pixels. Yesterday I exported it with the command file->Export for Screens at @2x scale and I got a picture with a resolution of 144 and a size of 600x600 and when opened it became larger than when I saved it at a scale of @1x and it was 300x300 with a resolution 72x72.
Today, I clicked something in the settings and my picture retains the same dimensions, but when opened it is small, that is, the same size and quality as with a 1x scale.

Use Ctr+Alt+Shift+S (Export for Web) - a more obvious sizing system, here both pixels and percentages are visible at once.
And when exporting for screens, firstly, you need to position the object on integers along the X and Y axes (because when positioning on X45.5, Y100.5 will give inaccurate results in pixels), and secondly, there are already necessary presets IOS/Android if you need for mobile development.
