How can I change my name in the GIT console?

I know for sure that somehow, according to the template, you can change the visible line in the GIT kosol:

Firstly, after the name, some kind of crap appeared (green square) and MINGW64 the name of the editor itself, as I understand it.
You can somehow change it, but xs how to google this thing :)

This is not a Git console, but a UNIX shell emulator.

This is the name of your computer. Apparently, it is called "Admin-something", and this "something" is in Russian. "Admin-PC" probably. Do you have a Russian version of Windows?

No, it's not the name of the editor. This is the name of the environment itself: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MinGW
