How can I backup the operating system to a hidden partition of a hard drive?

Good afternoon, there is an installed OS with already installed drivers, necessary software, etc.
The task is to backup the current state of the OS to a hidden partition of the hard disk (there is only one hard disk per 120GB with drive C (not counting the service partitions that Windows 10 creates at the time of installation))
The backup must be made so that it is compressed in order to create a smaller partition , and recovery in which case should occur regardless of the presence of other software, i.e. just somewhere at the time of loading the BIOS, at some point, start the recovery, and it turns out it returned to the previous state 1 in 1.
I tried Acrnonis TrueImage, but I just didn’t understand well, or something, but I kind of made some kind of secure zone first of a certain volume (it looks like I did some kind of hidden partition), then I made a backup with compression there, then I even chose some item that did something and as I understood from the context, now in the BIOS you can press F11 at the time of loading, and as I understand it, it should be like the download source will still load the recovery process, but it didn’t work out for me and when I select this item, something like there is nothing to download.
Can you please tell me how you do this kind of backups?
