How can I automate publishing from Google Drive?

Hello!
In general, about 300 tables need to be posted on the site, each product has its own table. They will be updated regularly, so I decided to upload everything to Google Drive, from there publish to CSV and process / display on the site.
Everything is fine, the link works, but it's painful to go into each file, publish, copy the link, paste it. Maybe there is some smart way to immediately publish files on Google Drive in csv and get the list "Name" = "Link"?

But the question is different - where do these tables come from?
For example, a long time ago, there was a similar problem with updating data in one Tires / Disks store, but the company had all this in 1C, as a result, CVS files were formed using 1C soma and uploaded to the site.
