How can I allow a certain application to run as administrator at autoload?

There is one application that starts at system startup. User Account Control requires an administrator password on every boot. How to add this application to the exception? So that when loading Windows, the application is launched on behalf of the administrator without asking for a password?
The registry option ~ RUNASADMIN did not help.
