How can content be transferred from LiveStreet to Wordpress?

There is a blog on LS from which you need to pull out articles and transfer them to an existing blog on WP, there are not so many posts, about 200. I would like to transfer all the content, including dates, tags and attachments.

You can write a script containing a loop of all posts, in the body of which there will be an entry in the WordPress database. And so for each table.
