Choosing a CMS for a community with user-generated content?

In the throes of choosing an open source system for the community. The main functionality is posting user-generated content and discussing it with ratings for the content posted, tags, etc. That is, a convenient, reasonably advanced (without fanaticism) system of comments and ratings.
Multilingual community (three languages) - preferably a multilingual interface.
After a long search, the candidates remained:
drupal
livestreet
elgg
oxwall
Hotarucms
Which one to stop? Or maybe someone else can advise?
