How can an individual entrepreneur exchange contracts while living abroad?
When moving abroad, I want to continue working with Russian customers by opening an individual entrepreneur on the USN. How to exchange original contracts - bother with a power of attorney for someone in Russia? I don’t want to pay an accountant just to put squiggles and go to the post office. Is it worth bothering with EDS now?
Or maybe you can post a contract offer on the website and you don’t need to officially sign anything?

You can trust a relative to stamp.
But the vast majority of firms are quite satisfied with color scans / photos of contracts with seals.
An EDS will not help in any way - most likely your counterparty does not yet use an EDS or uses another intermediary for the exchange of electronic documents.
Mail! Envelopes, stamps, that's it. First, you exchange scans by e-mail, then, for the sake of order, send two originals with your signatures by mail. One is returned to you.
Checked, it works.
DHL. The only question is the number of documents and the amount of work.
