How can a teapot backup Windows Server 2003 and 2008?

Good day to all. Actually the question is clear from title. I will outline the general situation: I myself am an enikey worker, and I rarely encountered servers. There are 2 PCs in stock. On one Server 2003 R2 SP2, on the second Server 2008 R2 Standart SP1 (I specify just in case).
What is RAID in the office they do not know, and it is unlikely that they will allocate funds for its organization, i.e. this option is dropped.
I would like to make an image of the system partition or the entire disk so that in the event of a disk failure, you can easily recover to its original state.
Wishlist:

  1. Ability to make differential or incremental backups
  2. Ability to schedule
  3. "On the fly", i.e. without shutting down the server

Thanks in advance for your replies.

There is a standard tool: start -> run -> ntbackup .
Suitable for many tasks.
