Backup for home?

Good afternoon.
Tell me the software (preferably free) for backups. The disk itself will be connected to the router, via usb, and with it it will pour out in the allotted place. Everything works on Windows and one laptop on Ubuntu. It would be nice if someone tells you how to deal with the phone in order to synchronize its backup to disk.
