Which software to choose for on-the-fly backup of virtual machines under Hyper-V?

Requires backup software for 4 virtual machines running Hyper-V on 1 host.
Conditions:
1. Without stopping these same machines.
2. Since the VMs work not only under windows and linux, the backup software should work without being installed on the machines themselves.
3. It is also desirable that there be centralized management of all backup tasks.
4. Cost up to 30 thousand rubles one-time.

Question 1: Is there any software suitable for such conditions?

PS: I tried to set up Acronis 11.5 Virtual Edition, but I couldn't get it to backup without installing an agent inside the machine.
The distribution kit was downloaded in the trial version from the Acronis website 8 times on 4 different machines - the result is the same: partially broken files of the distribution kits of the installation components. For example, the management server distribution file was broken in all 8 downloaded distributions.
I downloaded it with a browser, torrent, download manager, without antivirus .... Is the distribution kit broken for Acronis?
I also downloaded other versions of Acronis, and they are also broken in different ways.

Question 2: Is this the case for me or for everyone?

In windows 2012 r2, you can get by with self-written powershell scripts.
It is done through the export of a virtual machine.
