How can a team leader return to being a programmer?
Everywhere everyone writes how to become a team leader, but how to get back, I didn’t find something)
The crux of the matter.
I have grown to a team leader in one office. I worked in this position for more than 2 years and realized that I no longer want to.
I just want to be a programmer. Write code.
I myself have more than 5 years of programming experience before being a team leader. But while I was doing one-to-one and other team-leading tasks, I feel that I have lost many proger skills. Objectively, I now position myself as a middle.
Now I try to write small projects for myself, to get back on track.
How are these candidates treated in interviews?

why?) grow further, go through the quest to the end
and you will understand that being a programmer (I’ll write the word dev here) is boring and you will also understand everything else
on the topic ...
if a person saw business processes from the other side, then he will be a plus as pure girl. IMHO . there are people who will challenge this lemma
1. writing code is the last thing. you can teach anyone to write code, but you need to be able to make decisions (?). pay not for the code, but for the responsibility.
2. someone has to do this kind of work
3. if the task has got to the maiden, then it has already been solved in terms of business. there is no sport here.
I myself have more than 5 years of programming experience before being a team leader.
Just leave, the bosses will be sympathetic, and young hot ass-tearing achievements will raise the edipta of the company.
