How can a student start developing in the field of neurotechnology?

I decided to work hard on programming, this year I will go to the 7th grade, I have already enrolled in the ITMO Academy of Informatics for the course: "pascal basics". After searching the Internet for information about neurotechnologists, I realized that I want to do this, in order to enroll in the Department of Neurotechnologies and Programming at ITMO, I need an average USE score of 97. I will do everything to get closer to this result, but in addition to this, I need to get a foundation in this sphere in order to put knowledge on it yourself or at a university, I ask users to give advice on what you can build a foundation (foundations).

@bodusiacool

1) be able to program in Java and Python (especially Python)
2) OOP basics (polymorphism, inheritance...)
3) algorithms (sorting, search...)
Next to neural networks: artificial intelligence (as a more abstract concept), machine learning (part of AI), deep learning (part of machine learning). On the Google portal udacity.com there are (seemingly two) small courses on artificial intelligence, in English, true, but with subtitles. Maybe you can find something there.

To study the school course of natural sciences. Understand. Forget pascal. Forget about quick start. Yap is better to choose python, study carefully the theoretical foundations. Enough for a start.
