How can a senior find a part-time job?

I want to switch from regular office work to part-time remote, because there will be enough money anyway, and in the part-time mode there will be more time for your projects. But in principle, there are no such vacancies on any job search sites. There are 1000 contacts on Linked, but all of them offer exclusively full-time. Banned on Upwork :S

I read the comments: I don’t want to work, I want money.
guy, as a person with 20+ years of experience on more than one continent, I will say that such vacancies / positions are not searched for, they are earned.
no one is interested in a stray signor from the mountain. work fulltime, prove yourself. and then you can already bargain for buns.

convene a meeting with the team lead and hr and declare: "I want to switch from regular office work to part-time remote"

enough money anyway

joke of the day

Search in the same way as fulltime. It's just that there is much less such work - therefore, it will take longer to search.
+ Monitor remote boards.
In addition to toptal, there are a bunch of other similar offices - in recent years they have bred immeasurably, you can start with them. I won’t give links, I don’t follow anymore and as a senior you should be able to find it yourself. Most of what I came across is driven by the slogan "you decide how much and when to work."
They also say that advertising on social networks works well, but I did not check it myself.
