I am a mobile developer and during my freelance work we have formed a small team of good specialists, which is necessary for the full implementation of any client-server application (there is a backend, ios, android, web, design). We already have several fairly large, highly loaded and interesting projects behind us, but there are no ideas on how to make ourselves known, in addition to freelance sites, where the vast majority are looking for very inexpensive private performers.
Actually, this is the question: maybe there are some effective ways to make yourself known specifically for the target audience with a real budget, who understand that high-quality development cannot cost 50 or 100 tr.?
Is cold calling / mailing / contextual advertising, etc. relevant for such a service?
Where can people interested in our services look for such offers?

Hire a Marketer/Director of Marketing. Hire a salesperson to find cool projects for big/interesting companies. Start a blog and talk about how to make cool mobile apps there. Dribble account - post your work. If you are cool, you will be noticed. Provide really useful content that others can learn from. Look at Ilyakhov, Gorbunov's bureau, IT-agency.
Speak at thematic conferences. Try to join the startup crowd: participate in hackathons. Release useful / interesting applications as side projects in the hope that they will be used and talked about you.
