How can a Flash beginner quickly create a video player?

I already know JavaScript, I think there will be no problems with the Actionscript syntax. We need to play different formats on the site, HTML5 does not support such formats.
We are thinking of using Flash. But we don't know anything about it. Where to teach in order to come across lessons on creating games and other unnecessary things?
We don't need buttons and other controls/ready-made players. We would like only the picture and the audio track to go.
