VK application and POST requests?

Good day!
Tell me, is it possible to get information from a VK application (say, a game) with a POST request? The game itself is written in FLASH technology and receives data via POST requests in JSON format by accessing its API. This is all clearly visible through the developer tools. Is it possible to write a third party script to collect information (forge a POST request)?
