How to run a flash movie on the site only when it enters the scope?

Is it possible to somehow run the flash animation only when the block with it enters the scope on the site?
The movie is simple, made in Adobe Flash, saved in .swf
If you can't run flash on an event, can you save the project in a different format? To make it possible to start the animation on an event, in my case it is the appearance in the viewport.
