How can a bot receive updates from Telegram channels?

I'm trying to create a bot that will collect posts from different channels into one feed. I have already worked with messages from the user and understand a lot, but have not yet worked with channels.
I think that you can use some parameters from this sub-item Getting updates for this, but I don’t know how and which ones.
It is not necessary to fully answer , I will be grateful for minimal hints in which direction to move

Webhooks - no need to flood telegram with your getUpdates.
