How big are the losses when running Windows in a virtual machine?

I'm thinking about buying a gaming laptop and a question arose. I myself sit on Linux, and at the moment I use Windu in VirtualBox. I use for Photoshop, Illustrator. It works flawlessly, not without jambs, but the current machine does not even have a discrete video card and a 5-year-old processor. I would like to work with 3D software, so the question arose.
1. Is it possible to effectively throw a video card into a virtual machine? So that Virtualbox uses it 100%, just like the host?
2. What will be the overall performance loss? Are there any benchmarks to understand at least the order of numbers?
3. Is Virtualbox effective, or should I look into commercial solutions for this purpose?

No.
Subjectively - 15-25 percent.
Quite effective. Better look in the direction of the dual block, why bother yourself?

You can only throw a device that is not used by the host. Apparently, the video card in the laptop is not one of these. And another question is whether there is a similar functionality in virtualbox.
