Try in the folder where VirtualBox is installed, run VBoxManage modifyvm YourVirtualBoxName --nested-hw-virt on the command line, where YourVirtualBoxName is the name of your virtual machine (if the name with spaces, you need to quote "Windows 10"). Probably the car was reinstalled or did the import export?
VBoxManage modifyvm YourVirtualBoxName --nested-hw-virt on

Virtualka says that the system does not support hardware virtualization .
It can be disabled in the BIOS, or the processor does not support it. What processor do you have?
