How bad are bots for SEO?

Hello, I needed a browser bot (the bot is ready to cope with the task) for the site.
The bottom line is that right in the browser he walks through the pages of the site (mine), sometimes he goes through links to other sites, but from there right back, the site has ya metrica which will notice my creation, and here the question arises how much this can affect for search results on the site?
I know that yandex and google are not particularly fond of bots, but is there no goal to wind up traffic, or will a lot of internal activity not affect?
I am also interested in how transitions that go beyond my site can affect, and is it worth blocking cookies so that it is more difficult for analytics to recognize me or leave all activity on one person (Bot)?

@opium

in general
, you can’t wind up behavioral skills with one bot, and no one forbids bots to go to sites
