Colleagues. We have a small team of 7 people. I am trying to understand how it is convenient in Bitrix to understand who does what during the day and at the end of the day quickly get a daily report from employees.
How did you solve this problem?

Create a task for employees in "Tasks and projects", they write comments in it with a description of the execution process.

In general, it depends on the field of activity.
If I were you, I would set separate tasks for each employee - and subtasks for them (there was an opportunity - and I think it is now) - so that you can watch.
And for example, look first of all about overdue tasks... Who is overdue, who is not, you can look at the comments (who (employees) write comments, etc.
+ look at the accounting of working hours (if you have this opportunity) - who worked how much during the day - also as an option, I think.
But in general - it depends on what these 7 people are doing. You can also control, for example, the time they talk on the phone, if they do it, etc.
