All - obviously these are all new posts, with the exception of those posted on closed blogs.
The feed is only those blogs that you have joined, and the display of posts from which you have enabled in the settings (they are on the side).
Thematic - There (I could be wrong, correct) posts from blogs, the topics of which directly relate to IT and, accordingly, to Habr, get there.
