How are responsive website layouts drawn?

Question for designers who have experience in drawing responsive sites, I want to know all the steps.
PS Where to get the grid? Please give links, but not stones. Thanks to!
UPD : Please don't put extensions like GuideGuide, ready-made PSD's are available.

You take any layout and repeat it in Photoshop with 100% accuracy, if you don’t understand something, you take the next one, etc.
What does it mean where to get the grid from? Do it yourself! Expel consumerism from yourself, and since you have embarked on the path of a designer, create)

I'm using Velositey 's PS add-on and drawing blocks on its grid, imagining how they will rebuild when the screen resolution changes. All the magic remains with the bootstrap, and the minimum of troubles is required from me and there are not so many details to edit when layout
