And tell me please: there is a PSD layout, Bootstrap 12 grid. In the left sidebar, in addition to secondary information, 4 columns are occupied by the side menu (submenu of the main menu).
Actually, the question is how to do it better and more aesthetically when making layout, there are 3 options:

1. Make this side menu through nav (and, accordingly, show it through toogle on mobile and tablets)
   
2. Make this side menu a simple ul and display the same on mobile/tablet
   
3. Make this side menu a simple ul and hide it completely on mobile/tablet
   

PS Yes, the designer has not finalized, not a word about it...

We write to the designer and do not load the toaster with unnecessary questions.
If the designer is unavailable, we write to the customer and ask him how he needs it to be.
Aesthetics has nothing to do with it, we rely only on the idea of ​​the designer or the customer's Wishlist.
A layout designer is a tool: we take a layout and typeset it.
A layout designer is an intermediate link in implementation, not a creative center.
