How to move from theory to practice in web design?

Hello. For a couple of months now, I have been diligently reading all sorts of different things in fonts, typography, I have read two books about modular grids, I am digesting, I began to notice a lot of things in ordinary signs / magazines / booklets, I am trying to get it all right.
But the point is that in addition to the fact that the theory is accumulating, practice is also needed. For me, it's best to watch and repeat once than to think it out a thousand times myself.
And now I would like to ask for a couple of effective channels / just videos for good guides on creating various elements of corporate identity, layouts and interfaces with step-by-step instructions for those who are in an armored train.
It will also not be superfluous if there is an opportunity to see how a case study is created, at least a simple one.
I know noob questions. But at the request on YouTube: “illustrator logo tutorial” gives out one slag, but I really want to create beauty. Thanks in advance. And don't laugh out loud.

How to get started as a web designer? - the issue has already been discussed here, many good books have been mentioned, I took it from there.
From myself, I can add a book about the practice of design: Fundamentals of Web Design. Management - Rafal Tomal

Browse freelance orders and create something beautiful. Real work is the only way, in my opinion. In it, all that slag from YouTube will come in handy for you, because there is a real use for it.

I like you! )
above, I wrote correctly,
from my experience I will say that little books, tutorials and so on - absolutely nothing in the end if practice is not applied to the learning process.
it helped me a lot to copy sites - I liked the menu somewhere - I copied it to a single element (due to which I realized why it looks so cool - a barely noticeable shadow, stroke, icons with a line thickness of a couple of pixels ... etzeter), I liked the slider - I copy it to my layout, in the process I’m separating what’s what and how. And so on)
Learn to copy, work out at least some technique, and then having your own personal arsenal of tricks - churn out unique charms for health)
