I did something similar for a brand. There, in the cartoon, a text with the name of the child was substituted in several places and at the beginning it was said aloud.
There were a hundred short sound files short with names. The phrase was composed according to the words: “Hi, {name}! Tra-ta-ta .. ”
We managed to automate this: a script, ffmpeg assembles an audio track from pieces, generates a picture with a name in a corporate font, overlay, movement and rescaling to match the animation, gluing with pieces independent of the name and sound. As a result, one script is launched, with a name parameter, and the final render is generated in less than a minute.
Probably the same in your example. The voice actor prescribes all variants of famous names and is available in case of rare unusual names, to add fragments in the same voice.
