How are non-standard forms implemented in production? Accounting for fasteners in Max? Revit?

Hey! Please tell me, there are a lot of beautiful facades on the Internet
And to implement them in revit or 3d max is one task)
but let's say if someone still wants to build my project
Or how do you choose the material from which unusual shapes will be made?
Do you rely on a market that offers a certain (limited choice) material in a given territory?
and the technology of creating (or fixing) the facade itself in production?

Yes exactly. Using already developed technologies, it is possible with small deviations agreed with production.
The customer will not want to implement your project if it is not known how to build it.
