How are Just5 series phones related to Russia?

In heaps of articles about phones of the Just5 line, it was indicated that the phone has “Russian roots”.
Having searched the Internet, I did not find anything worthwhile, except that Orbita Telecom is an official reseller in Russia.
So how are these phones actually connected with the Russian Federation?
