How are affiliate programs implemented in 1C-Bitrix "Business"?

Hello, I got a job in a web studio as a layout designer, it turned out that there is no normal developer here) they threw work on the integrated development of sites and stores. With opencart and wordpress, everything is more or less clear, I once picked them, but a project on Bitrix came and the main requirement is the implementation of an affiliate program, I read the documentation, googled a lot, but did not understand how it is implemented in the business version.
Please tell me if it will be possible to implement the following built-in features:
A separate entrance for the main administrator in which you can set the size of discounts for partners.
For example, there is a partner Sasha, the chief administrator sets discounts for him: 1 - 10% 2 - 20%
Sasha's partner has a separate entrance to his personal account in which he sees his partner (referral links that he will distribute) links and orders placed through his links. When an order is placed through its link, it is credited with a bonus in these specified percentages.
An ordinary client also has an entrance in which he can see his order history. And the name of the partner is "Sasha" by whose link he registered.
